As we serve perishable food products, we are unable to accept returns for food items once they have been delivered or picked up. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please reach out to us right away.
Refunds
If there’s an issue with your order, we will gladly offer a refund or a replacement, depending on the situation. Please contact us at (631) 351-1300 or email us at info@bagelworkshuntington.com to discuss your concerns.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, and requests for refunds must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
